Three generations of the Maxwell family turned up on Saturday to take advantage of the Big Bowl event, an annual event sponsored by Aviva. Peter Maxwell’s son and grandson joined Dad and Grandad to have a go at the game he loves. It wasn’t the first time for son, Paul but for granson Elijah, 14 it was. He said he’s more used to chucking rugby balls as he plays scrum half for local team Hornets, but it was good fun.
It was a good turn out and we’re hopeful to have gained some new members. Thank you once again to all the volunteers.
